Sai KnitFab operates two manufacturing units in Sector 37, Khandsa Industrial Area, Gurgaon, with a combined monthly capacity of 100,000 pieces. These facilities are designed for streamlined production, enabling us to handle varied order volumes with efficiency and consistency.
Our workflow follows standardized processes with in-line quality checks, ensuring control and traceability at every stage. Both units fully comply with Indian labour, safety, and environmental regulations, with necessary certifications like GST and UDYAM in place.

Design & Sampling
Our process starts with a thorough analysis of the Time and Action (TNA) plan, clearing any doubts with the buyer to ensure mutual understanding before moving forward. Based on the tech packs, our team proceeds with pattern making and sample creation, ensuring that each sample is made according to the provided specifications.
Cutting
In the cutting department, we utilize advanced automatic fabric cutting machines, CAD-driven systems, and equipment such as Eastman band knives to ensure precise cutting of fabrics according to the pattern specifications. Our experienced team ensures that each piece is cut with meticulous accuracy, optimizing fabric utilization and minimizing wastage.
Stitching
Our tailors are organized into a structured production chain, with each tailor assigned specific tasks such as sewing seams, attaching sleeves, adding labels, hemming, or adding embellishments. After one tailor completes their task, the garment piece is passed on to the next tailor for the next operation, ensuring a smooth, operation-wise flow. This organized process, supported by advanced machines from leading brands such as Juki, Brother, and Pfaff, ensures efficient and high-quality garment assembly.
Finishing
In the finishing stage, garments are carefully inspected for loose threads, cuts, or excess fabric. Each piece is then meticulously checked by our team against the provided measurements to ensure accuracy.
Packing & Dispatch
Garments are ironed, labeled with necessary information and packed into appropriate packaging materials for distribution.
